Guidelines for Submitting Public Records Requests

Records and Duplications Fees:

Copying/DuplicationStandard Sheet - (8 1/2" by 11")$0.25 per page
 Colored Copy - (8 1/2" by 11")$0.75 
Legal Sheet (8 1/2" by 14")$0.50 per page
Colored Copy (8 1/2" by 14") $1.00 per page

A reasonable fee shall be charged for the cost of time materials, equipment and personnel in producing duplications. 

To submit a Request for Public Record (A.R.S. Title 39) please complete one of the following:

The City of Fredonia will attempt to promptly provide those pubic records which are available for inspection, subject to the availability of resources and any difficulties in locating these records. Certain records, or portions of them, may not be subject to public disclosure due to legal privileges, confidentiality, or other legal restrictions. A fee will be charged for any copies that are provided. If the total fees for copying and/or mailing the requested records re estimated to exceed the sum of five dollars ($5.00), the applicant will be required to pay the total estimated costs in advance.

(Note: This request is a public record signature of requester) 

*Complete an AFFIDAVIT OF COMMERCIAL PURPOSE if you plan to use the record for commercial purposes.
